Thompson Farm Boujee Barn is a picturesque farm wedding and event venue located in St Pauls, NC. Our story is deeply rooted in the love for nature, rustic charm, and creating unforgettable experiences for our clients.
Our barn offers a perfect blend of elegance and countryside allure. We take pride in curating bespoke events that reflect the unique personalities and love stories of our couples. From intimate ceremonies to grand celebrations, we are dedicated to bringing your dream event to life with our scenic surroundings and exceptional service.
Venue Reservations
Reservations for the venue are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. A signed venue agreement and a non-refundable deposit of $500 are required to reserve the date. Your date is not confirmed until you have received a signed venue agreement and a receipt for your deposit.
Deposits paid can be transferred to another date if that date is available. All deposits are subject to the cancellation policy.
The balance of the rental deposit is due thirty (30) days before the rental date. If you are booking within thirty (30) days you will have seven (7) days after the booking date to pay in full.
We currently accept payment via cash (with a discount of 5%) or payment via credit card through PayPal or CashApp.
